SCS vs CABG: Equivalent symptom relief in high-risk patients

  • Mannheimer et al have reported data showing that spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is an alternative to CABG in patients at increased risk for surgical complications.

  • SCS and CABG showed equivalent symptom relief in high-risk surgical patients.
