MARISA: Tolerability of treatments
- The most common adverse events that occurred were dizziness, nausea, asthenia, and constipation.
- There was no difference in the onset of any adverse event between placebo and 500 mg bid of ranolazine. A dose-dependent relationship occurred in patients taking the highest doses of ranolazine.
