Results: Fasudil improves exercise time to > 1 mm ST depression
- Time to > 1 mm ST segment depression showed a similar trend as the primary outcome, except that the between-group difference reached statistical significance in favor of fasudil at the highest dose.
- Although the optimal antianginal dose of fasudil has not been established, this pilot trial justifies further investigation of this agent.
